Food trends clearly indicate that consumers are demanding menus that clearly indicate high quality, great tasting healthy options and a good, clear range of allergen free options.
It is important not only to have an understanding of what the allergen legislation is and food trends are, but to also see this as an opportunity to include exciting dishes on your menu.
The workshop includes:
Allergen information theory, healthy-food trends presentation, the basics of nutrition, practical cookery sessions including gluten free baking, Pan Asian and middle eastern inspired health food dishes, guilt free desserts and cooking the perfect risotto.
