This workshop will give you insight into the world and science of professional menu development.
Content includes: understanding and diagnosing demographic reports and consumer mosaic profiles, competitor analysis and menu strategy, writing menu descriptors, supplier and product selection principles, menu pricing techniques, menu costing, menu artwork and print options, writing food specs and allergen information and new menu training and marketing.
This workshop is run by food trainers and professional menu development managers that have created successful menus for individual outlets as well as major national pub brands, restaurants and hotels.
This classroom based workshop is for members of pub management only. Learners attending must be the individuals who have direct control over the menu selection, supplier selection and pricing of the pub menu.
